Ivonne Haylock was born May 11th 1962 to her mother Irma Yolanda Matute and father Odie Haylock in Tela, Atlantida, Honduras. Ivonnes favorite color was yellow and she loved spending her time watching football and planting. Ivonne had a smile that could radiate a whole room and a laugh you could never forget. She was a bright, spontaneous person who was fearless and a bit of a rebel. Ivonnes great sense of rumor keeps her memory alive with us today. Ivonne was a committed and valued employee who worked for the city of Las Cruces for almost 20 years. Ivonne will be dearly missed and we will forever have her in our hearts. Ivonne leaves behind her Mom Irma Yolanda Matute, Dad Odie Haylock, Step-Dad Juan Francisco Ortega, daughter Desy Ray Bennett, Sisters Janeth Haylock, Arleny Haylcok, Yadira Ortega, Niece Irma Yvette Haylock- Awkward, Nephews Cristian Johnson and Sebastian Johnson, Step- Daughters Brianna Duff, Salinas Celina, Nicole Alba and Alexis Chavira, Step- son Elijah Chavira, Grandchildren Josiah Duff, Cruz Medina, Aaliyah Medina, Kira Torres Garcia, Miracle Salinas and Kehlani. Ivonne is now reunited with her son Joseph Lee Saldana and her nephew Ivan Haylcock.

In honor of Ivonnes memory we ask that you join us for a celebration of life January 3rd. We ask that everyone wear Dallas Cowboy Jerseys, shirts or the color blue. Ivonnes Celebration of life will be held at Eddies Hall located at 2825 N Main St, Las Cruces, NM, 88001. The celebration of life will be held from 1:00pm - 3:00pm
