Issac was known for his joyful spirit and his ability to make others laugh. He had a gift for lifting people’s spirits and was always willing to lend a helping hand. His kindness, humor, and generosity touched the lives of many and will never be forgotten.
He was a loving father to his two children, Micheal Dickey and Karen Ward, who meant the world to him. He is also survived by his siblings Doris Dickey, Roy Dickey, George Dickey, and Alfred Dickey, along with many extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory.
Issac’s legacy of love, laughter, and compassion will live on in all who knew him.
