India Rietschel, a student and lifelong resident of Jordan Minnesota, died unexpectedly on January 10, 2023 at the age of 18 while visiting home. India is survived by her parents, her friends, her siblings, and her pets. India was born in Chaska on April 16, 2004 to Terasa Rietschel and Rob Rietschel. She graduated from Chaska high school in 2022 and worked at her cheer gym for the past year. India was a devoted friend and avid skier. She enjoyed cheerleading and teaching the youth. She often taught at local gyms and was known as a skilled, intuitive athlete and problem solver who took on unwanted projects at work. Her funeral service is scheduled for 1 PM on January 19 at the Abyss Colion Church on Broadway. Reverend James Clark will officiate. Flowers, donations and condolences may be offered at the residence of her loved ones.
