A dedicated family man and a cherished friend, Howie spent 36 years at the Department of Motor Vehicles before retiring, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and commitment.

Howie found joy in embracing life and loved nothing more than spending quality time with his close friends and loved ones. He had a passion for exploring new restaurants, delighting in the finer things in life, and savoring great food. A music enthusiast, he had a special fondness for jazz, often filling his home with the soothing sounds of his favorite artists.
