Howard Sheldon Brown, lovingly known as Howie, passed away on September 26, 2024, in Sacramento County, California. Born on March 22, 1953, in Sacramento, Howard lived a life filled with generosity, hard work, and a deep devotion to his family.

After dedicating 36 years to the Department of Motor Vehicles, Howard proudly embraced retirement, a milestone that brought him great joy. He was deeply family-oriented, and his love extended to his children, Briana, Eugene, Keilan, Eunique, and DJ, as well as his seven beloved grandchildren, who were the light of his life.

Howard found joy in the simple pleasures, whether it was enjoying a delicious salmon barbecue during holidays or unwinding at the casino. He had a passion for jazz music, which often filled his home, and he cherished Sundays spent watching football and basketball. His favorite pastimes included dining out and immersing himself in his favorite sports channels.

A kind and hardworking soul, Howard will be remembered for his loving nature and the warmth he brought to those around him. His absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Howard will truly be missed by all who love and knew him.
