Horlando (Sunny) McCallum, born on March 22, 1934, in Cold Spring, Hanover, passed away on November 28, 2024, in Cold Spring. Sunny dedicated over 30 years of his life as a gardener at Tryall Golf Club, where he was well-loved by both colleagues and guests.

He had a passion for playing Dominoes, a game he cherished deeply, and he enjoyed watching Cricket in his free time. Sunny found joy in simple pleasures, particularly indulging in KFC and sipping on Red Stripe Beer. He was an ardent fan of music, with favorites like Jim Reeves and Kenny Rogers often filling his home.

An aficionado of Western movies and the show Law and Order, Sunny found entertainment in stories that resonated with him. He was married to the late Merrill Grizzle for 36 wonderful years. He is survived by his sister Fayval, children Canute, Andrea, Kerrine, Lesia, Carol, and Allison, 16 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss his warm spirit and loving presence.
