He grew up in California, he was a child of Bobby joe Phillips and he loved nothing more than his family . And amazing man who took on anything life through at him ! He was a fighter! He suddenly passed due to Covid and other medical illnesses. He had a lot of kids Lavion Phillips 29 Lanier Phillips 27 Ty Phillips 24 Angel Smith Kaitlin Smith he was apart of their lives in his own special way his favorite verse was psalms 25:4 show me thy ways oh lord teach me thy path he worked as a truck driver for prime for 10 years until he started having back complications then pursued his dream as of chef please honor me Horace Phillips today we know know he's in a better place
