His wife and family
Florida as he loved the ocean but couldn’t swim a lick. Loved to go to Brent and Wendy’s (Vic’s dads) for holidays
Homer loved to watch tv he loved futurerama, family guy, American dad, he also liked street outlaws, gas monkey garage, counts customs, American pickers, pawn stars and many other tv shows that were action packed

Homer Dale Pitman, age 54 of Bradford, passed away unexpectantly at work, Friday, March 7, 2025 in Versailles. Homer was born in Xenia, Ohio on November 13, 1970 to the (late) James Bruce & Carol Audrey (Medley) Pitman; had worked at Weaver’s Eggs in Versailles for 10 years, in the Cooler and then as Night Security – Guard Shack; attended Reverent Church, Greenville; loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles; loved to sing and listen to country music; bought Kings Island passes every year to spend extra time with his children. Preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Serenity Lyn Pitman; sister, Cheryl Ann Maxie; his best friend, Shaun Ray Wills; and his favorite dog, Bella. Homer is survived by his children, Andrew Moorefield of Columbus, Ian Shaun Pitman, Dylan Michiel Pitman, Emma Raelyn Pitman, and one on the way, all of Bradford; mother of his children, Vicki Henderson of Bradford; siblings, Jeff Maxie, Robert Maxie of KY, Frankie Maxie of Beavercreek, James & Melissa Pitman of Trotwood, and Debbie Maxie; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life 3-7 PM Wednesday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford. A short remembrance service at 7:00 PM. Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
