Obituary
Helena was born in 1927 in Poland. World War II meant that Helena and her family were forced to leave their home and began a long and traumatic journey which ultimately led them to arrive in Yorkshire in 1950.
She became a talented and accomplished seamstress with an excellent sense of style and fashion.
She was gentle and sociable and her friends and acquaintances will remember her witty and often perceptive comments.
She was a generous and proud Mother and Grandmother even remembering birthdays up to her final days.
We all owe her so much!
