Hector Moreno, formerly of Racine, passed away at Chrystus Santa Rosa in San Antonio TX on Dec 7th, 2025 at the age of 85. He was born in Crystal City, Tx. Around the age of 9, he and his parents moved to Racine, Wi. He later was a bus driver for the city of Chicago for nearly 10 yrs. In 1971, he married Elena Munoz in Crystal City Tx. Dec 27th would've been their 54th anniversary. They later had 2 children, Charlene, born in 1973, and Michael, born in 1975. The family lived in San Antonio for several yrs, before moving up to Racine, WI, where they remained for over 35 yrs, before eventually moving back to San Antonio in 2022. Hector was preceded in death by his parents, uncles, aunts, and many cousins. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and he was interred with his father Vicente.
