Our Father Gerardo Martinez Aguilera, a hardworking man with a heart full of love and faith, slept in the arms of the Lord Jesus Christ on May 20, 2024, at the age of 66. He was born on October 8, 1957, in Ignacio Allende, Durango, Resided in Santa Maria, CA. for more than half his life.

Our Father was the oldest of twelve siblings, born to Rutilio Martinez and Margarita Aguilera. He was a beloved son, brother, husband, and father. Our Father leaves behind his adoring wife, Our Mother Maria del Rosario Montellano, and us his six children: Gerardo Jr, Benito, Mayra, Elvira, Ishshah, and Simsahi Martinez.

Known for his strong work ethic and dedication, Our Father pursued a career as a Tractor Service Technician. He enjoyed fixing industrial tractors and working on cars as a side Job. Our Father's favorite place in the world was the Iglesia del Dios Vivo Columna y Apoyo de la Verdad, La Luz del Mundo, located at 524 West Cypress St, Santa Maria CA, 93458. He found solace and inspiration in his faith, being an active member of The Light of the World Church.
