Geraldo Tito Fuentes, born on April 27, 1964, in Illinois, passed away on December 6, 2024, in Oakland, California. Known affectionately as Tito, he was a devoted social worker who made a significant impact in his community until his disability. Geraldo was a charismatic and funny individual, often described as the life of the party, bringing joy and laughter to those around him.

Tito loved nothing more than his family, which included his beloved daughter, Britnee Powell, and grandson, Elias Powell. He is survived by his father, Tito Fuentes; mother, Linda Fuentes; brothers, Patrick Fuentes, Tito Fuentes Jr., and Clinch Fuentes; and sisters, Gloria Fuentes, Barbara Fuentes, Sonja Fuentes, and Dion Steward.

A passionate sports fan, Geraldo found joy in watching football and other sporting events. He was a valued member of his community, and his contributions as a social worker touched many lives. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him.
