Gerald Scott Lyons, known affectionately as Gerry, passed away on July 13, 2024, at the age of 58. Born on November 18, 1965, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, he was the cherished son of June Lyons. Gerry was a resident of Fairview, Alberta, Canada, where he had made his home for many years.

Gerry was a man of many talents and interests. He had an innate curiosity that led him to explore various areas of knowledge throughout his life. He was known for his handy nature, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. His family and friends could count on him for his willingness to assist with any task.

Gerry leaves behind a loving family, including his mother, June Lyons, who will miss him dearly. He also leaves behind his brothers, David (Shellie) Lyons and Darwin (Jendhu) Lyons. Additionally, he is survived by his nephews, Josh (Kate) Lyons and Cael Lyons, as well as his niece, Arandah (David) Chipman. He also leaves behind his former wife, Shannon Lyons and many aunts and uncles.

Gerald Scott Lyons had a lasting impact on the lives of those who have known him. He will be remembered for his helpful nature, his inquisitive mind, and his dedication to his loved ones. May his soul rest in peace, and may his memory live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
