Her energy and will. Since we were kids we did dangerous things she'd tell us don't do that or u gonna hurt yourself and a few mins later we have hurt ourselves. Seems like almost Everytime. Her calm spirit.
Geneva Monnier, born on May 23, 1958, in Crystal City, TX, passed away on September 1, 2024, in Kenosha, WI. Known affectionately as "Nana," Geneva was a beacon of kindness and joy in the lives of everyone who knew her. She had an infectious spirit, always eager to embrace silliness and fun, which endeared her to family and friends alike.
Geneva is survived by her beloved children, Alfred Garza (Connie Vazquez), Nicholas Monnier (Dantrail Darden), and Jennifer Monnier. She created a warm and nurturing environment for her family, always encouraging laughter and connection at the dinner table, where her favorite meals of tamales and steak were often shared.
Her caring nature and vibrant personality will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love and fun will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
