Gene was a devoted family man who cherished spending time with his loved ones. He was survived by his wife, Sarah, of Huntington Beach, California. Gene's memory will also be cherished by his son, Richard Allen, residing in Anaheim, California, and his daughter, Randlyn Clemons, as well as his two beloved grandchildren, Kaylyn and Cade Clemons, all of San Clemente, California.

Gene will be remembered for his warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering love for his family. He was a pillar of strength and a source of great joy to those around him. His legacy of love and kindness will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

A private memorial service will be held to honor Gene's life. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in Gene R. Allen's name.
