Dad's favorite food was Chilli didn't matter the time of year
Gary was a jack of all trades. He was an amazing mechanic and body man. He loved helping his friends and family work on cars, trucks, motorcycles or just anything with an engine.
To head out with his boat abd his brothers abd friends for an afternoon of fishing or heading out to check out the carshows he loved seeing all the hot rods.
Gary Randall James Chartier, born on September 28, 1958, in Selkirk, MB, Canada, passed away on August 5, 2024, in his hometown of Selkirk.
Gary was known for his love of fishing and going to car shows to see the hot rods, spending time at Tim Hortons, where he would enjoy a cup of coffee with his friends. Gary was a jack of all trades he was an amazing mechanic and body man. He loved working on cars, trucks or just anything with an engine.
One of Gary's proudest accomplishments was being a father to his daughter, Jennifer, and his son, David who predeceased Gary in 1995. Jennifer and her husband, Tim, along with their children Randal, Allondra, Jade, Mason & Kolten will forever cherish the memories they shared with their beloved father & Grandfather.
Gary is also survived by his siblings: Ron and his wife Kim,Terry, Kelly, Brian, Billy and his wife Mary, Dale and his wife Anna and Bobby and his wife Cathy. As well as many neices, nephews, cousins, and friends. Their memories of their brother, Uncle, Cousin and friend will be cherished and kept close to their hearts.
Gary Randall James Chartier will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
Join us at Kildonan community church at 12pm to celebrate Gary's life followed directly by his interment at the Kildonan community church cemetery
