Frank loved spending time with family, most importantly his granddaughter, daughter, and mother. He was a traveling man who loved to fish and lived the life he loved to live.
Frank could make amazing chicken fried steak and gravy, he also loved enchiladas, burgers, brisket, bbq, and spaghetti.
He loved music, he listened to all kinds of music. Any genre you’d play he would know the songs, might even remix them the “Durty” way.
Frank Eli Lowe III, lovingly known as “Durty,” passed away peacefully with loving, supportive family by his side on April 3, 2026, at 11:55 p.m., at the age of 55. Born on December 22, 1970, Frank was a devoted father, proud grandfather, and a man whose presence filled any room with laughter, strength, and love. A mechanic by trade, he had a natural gift for fixing things, he could even diagnose a vehicle over the phone. He was a mentor to many and what truly defined him was his ability to love deeply and unconditionally. He had a heart of gold and lived the life he loved, always finding joy in his family and in the moments they shared and created, placing little to no value on materialistic items. Frank endured tremendous pain and suffering throughout his courageous battle with cancer, facing it with a strength and bravery that reflected the kind of man he was. Now, he is finally at peace, free from pain, and resting in the comfort he longed for. He shared a special and immeasurable bond with his daughter and granddaughter, Kimberly Lowe-Perez and Alice Lowe-Witcher, who brought him endless joy and light. His love for them was profound, and it will live on with them always. Frank is survived by his loving mother, Linda Beavers; daughter and her husband, Kimberly Lowe-Perez and David Perez; his sister, Janiece Lowe; his brother and wife, Allen Brock and Rusty Brock; his brother Michael Warnock; and his beloved granddaughter, Alice Lowe-Witcher, along with many other family members and friends who will miss him so terribly deeply. Known for his humor and spirit, Frank would often say he was “busier than a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest”—but now, he is finally at rest. No longer burdened, no longer in pain, and, as he might have joked, no longer “half-assed,” but whole and at peace. Frank will be remembered for his strength, his laughter, his unwavering love, and the way he made people feel. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. A celebration of life will be planned for the near future we would love to see anyone and everyone who shared memories with him. He will be deeply missed and loved forever.
His granddaughter and daughter.
He didn’t care where he was or what he was doing as long as he was spending time with his granddaughter and daughter. He loved family time and making new memories.
Duck dynasty.
We'll plant real trees for you in Frank's memory and display your contribution forever.
