In his last few years Francis enjoyed baking and cooking which he became very good at. He always enjoyed his music, Van Halen forever. he had a handful of favorite movies, and he still enjoyed video games. He was always rockhounding in BC and was capable of crafting beautiful pendants and artwork from the stones and gems he would collect. He loved the mountains and being in the water and swimming. Most of all was spending time in any form with his family, especially his Granddaughter.
He had a wide list of foods that he’d call his favorite but if I had to sum up his tastes: A can of coke, Toast with garden tomato , A burger from Fuddruckers and Cabbage… just a lump of cabbage from the fridge.
Van Halen, Journey, Boston, Foreigner, Prince, Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, ODB, Triumph, ELO
Spending time with his granddaughter, Ava.
