Graduated from Hardin High School in 1931, enrolled for 2 years at the Central Methodist College in Fayette, MO
Married Alice Marguerite Hankinson in 1932
Worked for Armour Co in Kansas City, KS as a chemist for almost 13 years, worked on airplane engines during the war
Bought farmland in Stilwell, KS in 1945 where they raised chickens, cattle and crops, enjoyed farming and gardening the rest of his life
Survived by two children, Francis Raymond George Jr. and Marion Eisele; 8 grandchildren, Wesley George, Sheila Millikan, Debbie Pomeroy, Loretta Kneebone, Marilyn Brown, David Eisele, Angela Basore, Jason George; 10 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren
Funeral services will be at 11:00 am, Monday, February 15th, at First Baptist Church of Olathe, 2024 E. 151st St., with burial following in Aubry Cemetery, Stilwell, KS. Visitation will be from 10-11am prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Central Methodist College, Fayette, MO.
