She always wanted to be a radiologist and eventually own her own drink business. Whether it being a bar or a café. She always loved helping people and making drinks.
Her fiancé, family, and dogs.
She was a horror enthusiast. Her favorite horror movies consisted of House of 1000 corpses, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Pearl/X trilogy, and Scream.

She loved all things ice cream and milkshakes. Her favorites being mint chocolate chip, banana, peanut butter, and anything with fudge
Faith Marie Cates, beloved daughter, sister, and fiancée, passed away on June 28, 2024, at the age of 18. She was born on May 9, 2006, in Miami, FL, and most recently resided in Bluefield, VA.
Faith had a zest for life and enjoyed various hobbies. She loved taking leisurely walks with her two beloved dogs, Jasper and Mochi. Exploring antiques and collectibles with her fiancé was always a source of joy for her. Faith also had a deep appreciation for nature and enjoyed going hiking with her family.
A music enthusiast, Faith had a diverse taste in bands and musical artists. Some of her favorites included Deftones, Mortician, Pearl Jam, Korn, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, and Marilyn Manson.
Faith had dreams of becoming a radiologist and had aspirations of owning her own drink business, be it a bar or a café. She had a passion for helping others and took great pleasure in crafting delicious drinks.
But above all else, Faith cherished her fiancé, family, and her loyal canine companions. She found immense joy in their presence and always strived to make their lives brighter.
Faith is survived by her loving mother Ashley, her sister Skylar, and her grandparents Don and Virginia. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Faith's defining personality traits included her endearing confusion, her dedication to making others' days better, her sense of humor, and her caring nature. Her memory will forever be treasured by those fortunate enough to have known her.
May she rest in peace, forever remembered for her vibrant spirit and the love she shared with those around her.
