Ezra Lee McKinney, also known as "Uncle Lee," passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 75. He was born on October 15, 1948, in Toledo, OH, where he also resided until his passing.
Ezra was the son of Lola B & James McKinney.

Ezra was a beloved figure in his community, known by many as "everybody's Uncle Lee." He had a deep love for his family and cherished spending time with them,especially his nieces who held a special place in his heart. In his eyes, they could do no wrong.

One of Ezra's favorite pastimes was watching sports, particularly cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. He also enjoyed joyriding while listening to his favorite songs on the radio and cooking, though his dishes were known to have a bit too much salt.

Throughout his life, Ezra held various jobs, including working at Toledo Jeep, Value City Furniture, and Floral Landscaping. He dedicated himself to being a helpful presence in the lives of others.

Ezra is survived by his daughter, Latrina McKinney Coxon, as well as his nieces Pamela and Sheila Mitchell, Natasha,Demetria,Doretha and Shanay. His nephews Marquise, Kevin, Dorian, Dippy, and Edmond.

Ezra Lee McKinney will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his dedication to helping others, and his joyful presence. He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
