Evelyn Debra Webber, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on July 5, 2024, at the age of 78. She was born on January 14, 1946, in Baltimore, Maryland. She spent majority of her life in Richmond, VA
Evelyn was a dedicated homemaker, finding great joy in cooking delicious meals for her family. Her culinary skills were admired by everyone who had the pleasure of tasting her creations. Alongside cooking, she had a passion for singing and could often be found humming a tune or belting out a favorite song.
Evelyn was a graduate of Armstrong High School, where she laid the foundation for a life filled with love and care for her family. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family, as she was an active member of St. Paul's Baptist Church.
Evelyn treasured her role as a wife to her beloved husband, Charles Webber. Their bond was unbreakable, and together they navigated the ups and downs of life, creating cherished memories along the way.
Her legacy lives on through her children and grandchildren. She leaves behind her daughters, Chasity Bell and Jocelyn Bell, as well as Jamaica Ross, James Webber, Charles Webber III, TaTyana Jones, Anne Webber, and Nova Bell. Evelyn's love and guidance will forever be etched in their hearts.
Evelyn Debra Webber will be remembered as a kind and nurturing woman who dedicated her life to taking care of her family. Her legacy of love and devotion will continue to impact the lives of those she touched. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Evelyn’s life will be remembered at Wylie’s Funeral Home in her hometown.
