For 15 years she worked as an educator in the Chicago Public school system. She taught Psychology for one year at the College of Lake County. Braeside Elementary School was blessed to have her for 23 years teaching kindergarten through third grade.

Eve attended Lincoln University in Missouri where she received her BS in education. She received her Masters of Arts-Guidance and Counseling from Roosevelt University. After finishing her coursework at Union Institue she received her Ph.D in Child Development. She received her real estate broker certification from the Real Estate Institute in Chicago. Finally, from Roosevelt University she received a graduate level certificate in real Estate.
