Eulogio Franco Pando, lovingly known as Locho, passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 56. He was born on September 3, 1967, in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico, where he spent his entire life.

Eulogio was a dedicated and hardworking individual who cherished his family above all else. He was a beloved father to his only daughter, Vivian Pando, and a proud grandfather to his only granddaughter, Aliannah Pando. Their love and presence brought immense joy to his life.

Eulogio leaves behind a legacy of strong familial bonds. He is survived by his father, Sr. Eulogio Pando, who lovingly guided him throughout his life. Additionally, he is survived by his three sisters and four brothers, who shared countless memories and experiences with Eulogio.

Eulogio will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and unwavering support. His presence will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
