Michael was a proud Vietnam air force veteran who loved all things flying and space related. He worked for over 30 years in the space industry, with his most favorite work on the space shuttle. Taking his love of flying further he earned his private pilots license in and enjoyed years of flying. In his later life Michael took up “glamping” as a weekend glamper traveling around state parks and historical sites.

He spent over 30 years in the space industry, with a special passion for his work on the space shuttle, which he considered one of his proudest accomplishments.
Michael earned his private pilot's license, allowing him to indulge in his love for aviation and enjoy many years of flying. In his later years, he embraced the joys of “glamping,” often traveling to state parks and historical sites, where he relished the beauty of nature and the wonders of the outdoors.
Residing in Indian, Michael was also an avid tennis player, finding joy and camaraderie on the court. He leaves behind a legacy of passion, dedication, and a love for adventure that will be remembered by all who knew him.
