Eric L Kellum, affectionately known as "ej," passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 27. He was born on February 21, 1996, in Morgan Park, Chicago, IL. Eric spent most of his life on the South Side of Chicago, where he was a beloved member of the community.

Eric had a passion for education and was dedicated to continually expanding his knowledge. He was currently pursuing his studies at Malcolm X College, where he aspired to make a positive impact in his chosen field.

One of Eric's guiding principles in life was that family always came first. He cherished the special moments spent with his loved ones and embraced the importance of strong familial bonds. His caring and warm nature made him a person that others could rely on, and he was always there to lend a helping hand whenever needed.

In his spare time, Eric enjoyed making others laugh and had a great sense of humor. His infectious laughter and quick wit brought joy to those around him. He believed in the power of laughter to uplift spirits and create lasting memories.
