Obituary
Emily Elizabeth Perlin passed away on August 15th, 2024 at 6:30 am at the age of 25.
Emily was born to Kathlean and Larry on December 11th, 1998 in Santa Cruz, California. As a child, Emily loved going to the beach, playing the saxophone, and spending time with her friends. She finished high school in three years and graduated High School early in 2016 from the Ark independent studies program.
Emily purchased a house in Lacey, Washington in the summer of 2020. Emily's first job at the Olympia Washington Food Bank awarded her with, “The strongest, happiest, most loved, employee of the year". Her next job, As a geriatric caregiver, with Home Instead, her clients often gifted her with small gifts. Emily's last job as a full-time Nanny, the little boy she brought joy to, 5-year-old Skyler, hasn't stopped asking for her.
Emily is preceded in death by her father, Larry Perlin, her dog Bella, her cats, Meow and Tina, and fellow friend Gavin Ramos.
Emily is survived by her mother Kathlean Keesler, her brother Jarrod Genovese, and her sibling, Jamison Wolf.
Family and close friends will be extended an invitation to the memorial service held in Santa Cruz, CA in the coming months. The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to those who have and will continue to donate to her “GoFundMe”.
