Emily Bourgeois, lovingly known as Emmy, passed away on May 21, 2024, at the age of 32. She was born on September 2, 1991, in Dallas, Texas, and most recently resided in Denton, Texas.

Emmy was a dedicated nurse, having achieved her nursing license, and it brought her great pride to care for and help others. She believed in the motto, "You only live life once," and she lived by this philosophy, always with a smile on her face.

In addition to her professional achievements, Emmy made a positive impact on the lives of those around her. She was admired for her caring nature and had a special place in her heart for the youth group at her church, where she actively volunteered.

Emmy is survived by her loving parents, Jim and Nancy, and her brothers, Jim, Corey, and Adam. As a devout Catholic, her faith played an important role in her life, providing her with strength and guidance.
