A successful and established farmer in Conn Ontario, married for 66 years to Keith. Lovingly remembered by her daughter Gayle Eaton (David), daughter-in-law Sandy, sisters-in-law Janet (Bruce ) & Tanis (Tom), grandchildren David (Amanda), Lisa (Mark), Stacey (Ron), Terry (Tanya), Christopher (Carla), Aaron (Kaleigh). Also missed by her 12 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends. Predeceased by her husband Keith (2016), son Glen (2016), brother Lorne Coutts, parents Arthur & Ruby Coutts, and son-in-law David Barrett (1999).

Elsie Pearl Ryckman, born October 5, 1930, in Conn, ON, passed away peacefully with family by her side in Brantford, ON, on February 13, 2025. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she lived a life filled with love and dedication to her family and community.
Elsie was a successful farmer in Conn, alongside her husband Keith, for over 50 years. They shared a loving marriage that lasted 66 years, until Keith's passing in 2016. Elsie found joy in simple pleasures, especially listening to her beloved country classics. She cherished moments spent playing bingo, attending tractor shows and jamborees with Keith, and spending summers with her grandchildren.
Remembered by her daughter Gayle Eaton (David), daughter-in-law Sandy, sisters-in-law Janet (Bruce) and Tanis (Tom), and her grandchildren: David (Amanda), Lisa (Mark), Stacey (Ron), Terry (Tanya), Christopher (Carla), and Aaron (Kaleigh). She will be deeply missed by her 12 great-grandchildren, niece, nephew, and lifelong friends.
Predeceased by her husband Keith, son Glen, brother Lorne Coutts, and parents Arthur and Ruby Coutts, sisters-in-law Kathleen & Eleanor as well as son-in-law David Barrett.
Elsie's legacy of love and strength will continue to inspire those she leaves behind. She will be remembered for her love for family, her passion for farming, her generousity and her endless sense of humour. Family would like to thank the staff at John Noble Home for their kindness and support.
