Born April 2, 1970, in Los Angeles, CA, died on September 23, 2025 at University Medical Center of natural causes after battling a long terminal Illness. Eloise was the daughter of Catherine Davis and Elyseo J Taylor both deceased. Also deceased relatives of Eloise are her Uncles Thomas Carrick Chambers and Consett Davis, half-sibling Dwight J Taylor. Eloise is survived by her husband Lesley J Leonard, half-siblings Karen L Taylor, and Theo H Taylor, sister-in-law Lauren J Struck, Aunt Margaret Chambers niece Bianca M Taylor, cousins Claudia Chambers, Daryl Chambers, John Chambers, Michael Chambers, and Dimitri T Starobin, and second cousins Zelda Chambers, Bella Chambers, Alex Chambers, Millie Chambers, Kahmilla Chambers, and Aleysha Chambers as well as many band-mates, musicians, and many, many friends.
