He was such an artist all the way around. He loved to draw. Was great with words like poetry and definitely could make anyone laugh. He was such a comedian.
He was so special and really tried at anything he did. Great with his hands like building and fixing things. He was great with people and loved his family. One and Only kind of person.
His son Kelton James Glavin. If you ever see this Kelton just know how much your daddy loved you! Next would be being an Uncle. He loved all his nieces and nephews.
Elijah Avery Glavin, born on November 5, 1998, in Saint Joseph, Missouri, passed away on September 3, 2024, in Kansas City, Kansas. He was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy that will be deeply missed.
Elijah was an extraordinary artist with a passion for drawing and a talent for words, expressing himself beautifully through poetry. With a knack for comedy, he had a unique ability to make anyone laugh and bring joy to those around him. Known for his creativity and kindness, Elijah was the “one and only” kind of person—someone who truly made an impact in the lives of others.
Elijah cherished his role as a father to his son, Kelton James Glavin. His love for Kelton was boundless, and he often expressed how much he adored him. He also loved being an uncle to his nieces and nephews: Hailey, Ailssa, Laela, Louee, Glenn, Emmee, and Elizabeth, forming special bonds with each of them.
He is survived by his mother, Lori Nichols, father, David Glavin, and grandparents, Diana Girsch and William Girsch. His siblings, Cassondra, Heavenlea Summer and Jazminn Glavin, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, also mourn his loss.
Elijah’s warmth and generosity were unparalleled; he was always willing to lend a helping hand and offer thoughtful gifts that made others feel seen and appreciated. His unique perspective on life sparked engaging conversations, and his infectious smile touched the souls of everyone who knew him.
Though Elijah faced his own struggles, his joyful spirit and the good times shared with him will forever be cherished. He will be remembered not only for his creative talents but also for the love and laughter he brought into the lives of those around him.
