Elaine Judith Frankenstein, lovingly known as Elaine, passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 96. She was born on December 23, 1926, in Brooklyn, New York.

Elaine had a zest for life and enjoyed various hobbies throughout her years. She challenged herself with crosswords, always opting for pen instead of pencil. Reading was a passion she cherished, even when her eyes could no longer keep up, she eagerly listened to audiobooks. Elaine also had a green thumb and found solace in tending to her garden.

When it came to food, Elaine appreciated a wide range of flavors, as long as they weren't too spicy. She had an eclectic taste in music, enjoying everything from popular hits to the soothing melodies of the Eagles and Harry Belafonte.

Elaine's greatest joy in life was her family. Nothing brought her more happiness than having her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren surrounding her. She was a devoted mother and partner, finding fulfillment in nurturing her loved ones.

Throughout her life, Elaine held various office jobs to support her family during challenging economic times. She also dedicated her time and energy to volunteering in libraries and schools, making a positive impact on the community. However, her proudest achievements were in her role as a mother and partner.

Elaine Judith Frankenstein will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to family will forever be remembered.
