Elaine was a devoted mother to her daughter, Angela Jindra, and a cherished granny to her granddaughter, Gabriela Adasme. She is also survived by her beloved sister, Diane Smith. She is predeceased by her parents Frances Marion and Freeman J. Broxton and her brother Michael Broxton.

Elaine had an unwavering passion for shopping and enjoyed solving everyone’s problems, often going out of her way to lend a helping hand. A lover of all things chocolate, Elaine found joy in life’s simple pleasure. She had a lovely laugh and keen sense of humor that blessed everyone around her. She was an unwavering friend and beautiful soul. Her legacy of compassion and intelligence will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
