Obituary

Edwin George Justice, known affectionately as "ED," was born on August 6, 1950, in Hendersonville, North Carolina. He recently resided in Zephyrhills, Florida, where he continued to embrace life with warmth and enthusiasm. A true Blue Ridge Mountain boy at heart, Edwin cherished the beauty of Western North Carolina, especially during the summer months.

Edwin had a passion for antique and classic automobiles, often spending his time restoring and selling these treasures. He also operated an FCX store for farm supplies and later founded his own pest control company, Justice Pest Services LLC. Through his work, he demonstrated a dedication not only to his profession but also to the community he served.

An avid traveler, Edwin loved exploring new places and was known for his soft heart, especially when it came to dogs. He was a devoted family man, proud of his two wonderful children, Christopher and Amanda, as well as his four grandchildren, Katy, Jackson,Logan and Adam. He often remarked, "All were smarter than I was!" reflecting his deep admiration for them.

Edwin enjoyed classic rock music, with favorites including the Rolling Stones, The Beatles, AC/DC, and Fleetwood Mac. He found joy in watching mystery and criminal TV shows and had a particular fondness for girls' professional basketball. His love for steak was matched only by his enthusiasm for nourishing relationships and cherished moments with family and friends.

Edwin's life was guided by his motto, "Time to get busy living or busy dying," a testament to his zest for life and the impact he made on those around him. He was admired by teachers, peers, and family alike, leaving an indelible mark on their hearts. He is survived by his beloved children, Christopher, and his sister, Amanda, who will carry forward his legacy of love, kindness, and a profound appreciation for all living things.
