He is survived by his children, Angel, Branden, Megan, Dwayne; Douglas Jenkins(Brother), Mildred Culbertson(sister), Angela Zimmer(sister). Nieces; Carolyn, Brittany, Erin, Jennifer, Jessica, Cierra. Nephews; Mark, Skylar, Robert.
Dwayne was loved by many.
