Member of Knights of Columbus, Filipino American Association of Portland, American Geriatrics Society, American Public Health Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and American Diabetic Association
Survived by wife Bella, daughter Charisse, sons Jet and Eric, mother Elvira, sisters Lourdes, Irma, and Teresita, brother Mariano, granddaughter Jade, and numerous nieces and nephews
Quiet, reserved, with a subtle sense of humor, nurturing, caregiver, and generous
Enjoyed fishing, camping, reading, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with family
Funeral mass at St. Anne Catholic Church, visitation at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home, interment at Gethsemani Catholic Cemetery
