Donnelly was born in Dallas Texas from parents Wanda Smith and Calvin Hogg. Donnelly later moved to Fort Worth where he met his lovely wife Carolyn Barnes. They went on to make a strong family of 3 men, Derrick, Melvin Hogg, and JaCorey Manear. They will truly miss him. Donnelly was a steadfast truck driver and he was worth way more than the miles that he travelled. He will truly be missed.
