Donald Shepherd Feltner Sr. passed away peacefully on November 13, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona, at the age of 86.
Born in Jefferson County, West Virginia, Donald served his country with honor in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he built a successful career with Pinkerton in Phoenix, Arizona.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Laura Shaw-Feltner; his children, Donald Feltner Jr., Richard Feltner, Michael Feltner, Thomas Feltner, Mary Zizzi, Sharon Kleintop, Terisa Esqubel, and Danny Shaw; and his grandchildren, Rochelle, Melissa, Alex, Joseph, Ricky, Rusty, Samantha, Brendon, Katie, Gary, and December.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond R. and Mary Armstrong Feltner, as well as his first wife, Beverley Diffenderfer-Feltner, the mother of his sons.
Throughout his life, Donald was known for being a kind and loving husband and father. He provided steady support and encouragement to all of his children and grandchildren. His honorable nature left a lasting impression on those who knew him.
He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his memory bring comfort to those he leaves behind.
