Donald Gale Shrider, born on February 20, 1955, in Lima, OH, peacefully passed away on June 13, 2024, in Defiance, OH. He was the beloved husband of Rhonda Shrider.

Donald was a man of many interests and hobbies. He found solace in the great outdoors, often enjoying hunting, fishing, and camping. He had a deep passion for church activities and actively participated in the Great Banquet of Bryan, Ohio, and the Kairos Prison Ministry. Donald found joy in studying God's word and was always eager to expand his knowledge.

Professionally, Donald enjoyed a successful career at Sauder Woodworking, retiring in 2006. His hard work and dedication were evident throughout his years of service.

Donald's family meant the world to him. He leaves behind his loving son, Adam Shrider, and his cherished daughter, Amy Rivera. He was also blessed with six adored grandchildren.

In addition to his immediate family, Donald is survived by his mother, Jean Shrider, and his siblings, Mike Shrider and Jane Erfurt.

Donald Gale Shrider will be remembered for his zest for life, his love for family and faith, and his unwavering dedication to those he cared about. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
