Survived by his wife of 63 years, Louise Cundiff, two sons (Kim Quick and Kerry Quick), and grandsons (Ryan, Brandon, and Kevin Quick)
Celebration of life held on January 15, 2007 at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, burial followed in the Smith Memorial Chapel Cemetery in East View, Kentucky
