Domitila Salinas, age 75, passed away July 4, 2026. She was the quintessential southern lady; gracious, principled and devoted to her family and church.
She was born in Dmx mexico on May 20, 1951. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fedencio Salinas, and survived by her son Oscar and daughters Jeannette and Racheal. Domatila moved to Houston to oversee a better opportunity for her family. Domitilawas an avid gardener and bridge player and she was a keen reader and this continued on in later years with audiobooks due to failing eyesight. She was a passionately devoted Astros fan and when watching them became difficult, she continued following them on the radio.
Domitlia supported the church and attended services when she could. In later years she enjoyed streaming the traditional serviceuntil her death.
