In her earlier years, she worked for the Rosicrucian's as a translator (Spanish, Italian and Latin). Later she became an English teacher tutoring in both Math and English. She loved to cook with a passion and always trying new dishes. Her love for shopping was a given especially Nordstrum's and Tiffany's. She loved the Victorian Age and the etiquette. Being a wonderful decorator, she was known by many. With her impeccable taste, she could just look at you and pick out a wardrobe you would love.
Of course, her favorite food was Mexican, Italian, Southern and French cooking.

Dolores Ann Poole Is Survived by her son Mark A. Poole, Jennifer A. Nunez, grandchildren Tristan X. Oppliger, Keelan F. Poole and Kiara K. Poole.
Dolores cared deeply to spend time with family and friends. She always wanted everyone around her to be fulfilled in life and always within her power for no one to go without. It goes without saying that she was the most protective and amazing mother and grandmother anyone could have hoped for. Dolores cared enough to see you for who you really are giving compassionately her heart and soul. She always wanted those around her to feel loved, valued and that anything can be accomplished. Her support for others never went unnoticed. The unconditional love and laughter she gave will never be forgotten.
She loved Japan expressing that the countryside was the most peaceful place she had ever been, New Orleans and the restaurants were the most fun and when my father took her on a special anniversary trip she said "I'll never forget Paris".
In her younger years, she would go skiing and play golf. These both impressed my father. She loved football and always won whenever she played fantasy football. Even if she wasn't a fan of the team, her answer for that was "I'm cheering for Defense".
Viewing will be at 9:oo am, service at 10:00 am followed by burial at Ft. Logan Cemetary.
