Dillon graduated in 2021 from Newsome High School and was employed by SurvTech Solutions. Dillon was born to Yvonne Turnbow-Nisley and Dann (Natasha) on June 26, 2003 in Memphis, TN. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Clentis and Shirley Turnbow and a paternal grandfather Dick McCrae. Survivors include his parents Yvonne-Turnbow Nisley of Union City, Tn and Dann (Natasha) Nisley of Riverview, FL and paternal grandmother "Grammie" Jan McCrae also of Riverview, Fl. 2 Brothers Jacob Oliphant (Morgan) of Murray, Ky and Colin Nisley (Anorah) of Riverview, Fl and 1 sister Scarlett Nisley of Riverview, Fl. 1 maternal aunt Rhonda Wallen (Kelly) of Union City, TN. Dillon had a big and gentle soul which is why he chose to be an organ donor and grew his hair out just to cut and donate to wigs for kids, he loved big but quietly. Dillon is dearly loved and will be missed in a huge way by his family and friends.
