Diane Willis, born on January 17, 1963, in Galveston, TX, passed away on October 14, 2024, in her beloved hometown. She was a dedicated mother to her five children, James, Lucas, Regina, Ashley, and Ciara, and a doting grandmother to her many grandchildren. Diane was known for her vibrant personality, always bringing laughter and care to those around her.

As a hustler and caregiver, Diane’s greatest pride was her family. She loved nothing more than spending time at home, often found decorating her living space or curled up in bed watching crime documentaries and Lifetime movies. Her favorite meal was chicken, and she cherished the companionship of her beloved pet, Bubbie.

Diane is preceded in death by her parents, Velma Willis and Luis Evans, as well as her sisters Alfricka and Veronica, and her nephew Darius Cooper. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, brothers, nieces, and nephews, all of whom will deeply miss her caring and outgoing spirit.

A lifelong Baptist, Diane had a unique ability to make the impossible possible, impacting the lives of everyone around her with her humor and kindness. She will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family and her generous heart.
