Devin Michael Murphy, age 28,died unexpectedly on 09/22/2022 at his residence. He was born 06/07/1994 in San Diego, CA the son of Michael S Murphy and Cherylinda LaFond Murphy. Devin graduated from Valley Vista High School Class of 2012. Following graduation,he was a faithful endowed member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and was called to the Piura Peru Mission and served from August 2015-August 2017. After returning home from his mission, he enrolled in classes at BYU and was currently in college, and he married his best friend  and high school sweetheart Becky on Sept 9, 2019 and had just celebrated their wedding anniversary.He was a wonderful son, brother, husband, and father. His son Revilo loved his daddy and was his little shadow. He loved to write short stories, was a member of the boy scouts in school, loved the outdoors, camping, fishing, and everything wooden, from his watchband, so many ties, loved nature, read and had an extensive library, loved marvel and video games,cooking and baking, was sarcastic, goofy, kind, funny, ambitious, had beautiful curly red hair, dimples, and bright blue eyes. He was loved by so many and will be greatly missed, he loved our heavenly father and touched many hearts all over the world and loved sharing his testimony of how much he loved heavenly father..He was predeceased by his grandparents Patricia J Murphy, Margaret L Harrison, and Harold J Murphy. He is survived by his wife Becky M Murphy, sons Revilo and Archie,his parents Michael Murphy and Cherylinda Murphy, his siblings, Angela  LaFond(Michael), Morgan Murphy, Scott Murphy, Lindsay Murphy,his father and mother in-law Russell and Diana Alldredge, aunts Andrea (Brian)Park, Kathy (Joe)Agostinacci (Joe), Karen (Glenn)Fanelli, and uncle Kenneth (Laura) J Murphy, 7 nieces and 6 nephews, many cousins and family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.

Devins service will be held at the LDS Church Building in Surprise

on October 1st @ 1130 am
