Derek Proctor, also known as Jerard, passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 74. He was born on March 3, 1950, in San Antonio, Texas. Derek most recently resided in Foreman, Arkansas.

Derek had a fulfilling career as a retired Navy veteran, proudly serving his country. One of his proudest accomplishments was his regular volunteer work at The First Baptist Church Foreman, where he dedicated his time and energy to helping others.

Derek was a loving father to his son Jerard Proctor. He is also survived by his mother, Joan Proctor, and his brothers Brandon and Henry Proctor.

Known for his goofy personality and love for cars, Derek brought laughter and joy to those around him. His kind-hearted nature and willingness to lend a helping hand made a lasting impact on the community.

Derek Proctor will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
