Mr. Deon Sanchez Gills departed his beautiful life on February 25TH at Vidant Medical Center. He was a loving and caring brother who was always there for his siblings whenever they needed him. He had a great sense of humor and always knew how to put a smile on everyone's face. In his free time, Deon enjoyed watching Football, and spending all his extra time with his be loving family. Deon was always eager to share his knowledge and experiences with others. Deon always had a smile that would brighten a room with his presence. You would never see Deon not smiling and his favorite words would always be “You only got one life to live” so enjoy each and everyday like it’s your last.

Deon Sanchez Gills is now reunited with his Mother Mrs Dorothy Cameron. Those left to cherish his memories son-Amare Deon Gills, Sisters- Denisha Gills (Chris) Brittany Gills, Ashley Turns (Damion) one brother Travis Gills. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends who all hold a special place in Deons Heart.
