Dennis William House Jr., 50, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away on April 10, 2026. He was born on October 9th, 1976, in Lexington, Kentucky, to Debra House.

Dennis was a dedicated and hardworking man who spent much of his career in the HVAC field, where he was known for his reliability, skill, and strong work ethic. He took pride in his work and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Outside of work, Dennis had a deep love for his dog, Jinx, who was his constant companion. Jinx went everywhere with him—even on job sites—showing the special bond they shared. Dennis enjoyed the simple things in life and cherished time spent with family and friends.

He is survived by his loving children: Brittany Swindler, Mallory House, Kaylann House, Zachary Bowling, and Jacob Bowling; and his mother, Debra House. He also leaves behind extended family members and many friends who will remember him for his kindness and loyalty.

Dennis will be remembered for his hardworking nature, his devotion to his family, and the love he had for his faithful dog. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
