Demetruis O’Neil Johnson “Meech” was born on September 19th, 2004, to Lahishia Irwin and Charles Snowden. He sadly passed away July 23rd, 2024. He attended Ravenswood Elementary School and Eagle River  High School. Meech worked in various roles throughout his life, including as a Customer Service Representative, Home Health Aid, and Amazon Delivery Associate.

Meech was more spiritual than religious, deeply interested in astrology, art, nature, and positive vibes. Growing up, he was surrounded by a close-knit family, always getting into and out of trouble with his cousins and family members in a supportive village. Meech was known for encouraging happiness and joy in others, even when he struggled to find it himself.

He leaves behind an army of people who are ready to celebrate his life and continue to let his soul live through them. These include his siblings: Tahj, Airiss, Reigyn, Reighn, and Dai’Lani, DeMicka, Derek, De’Jon Takara, Charles Jr, Jamen, Xavion, Brea, Amire, Zane, Demarcus, Terra, Mikyah, Saint Charles, Zane, Mari, Kacie; his lifelong best friend Skky; His parents, Lahishia and Charles, cherish his memory and feel blessed to have brought such a beautiful soul into this world.

Meech is survived by his maternal grandparents, Paul and Denise. His aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends will always remember him dearly.
