Delisha Evans, affectionately known as Dede, was born on October 13, 1991, in St. Louis, MO. She was taken from us on September 5, 2024, in Princeton, TX, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and determination.
A little less than proud graduate of Sumner High School, Delisha was an entrepreneur who established a successful tax and financial services business. She was known for her strong work ethic and business-oriented mindset, characteristics that inspired many around her. Delisha had a vivacious spirit and was truly the life of the party. Her sweet and generous nature endeared her to all, and those who knew her cherished her strong, courageous, and forgiving heart.
Delisha had a passion for travel, often spending time with friends to explore new and interesting places. She had a particular fondness for soul food and seafood, which she enjoyed sharing with loved ones.
She is survived by her two beloved daughters, De'Mya Miller and De'Liah Miller, who were her pride and joy. No mother could love to little girls more. Delisha also precedes her mother Renetta Graves, father Durrell Evans, and brothers Dante Evans and Davion Evans. Family that she spent a great deal of time and effort taking care of. Delisha leaves behind a legion of aunts, cousins, and friends.
Delisha was a devoted Christian who made a profound impact on the lives of her family and friends, always willing to lend a helping hand. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
We'll plant real trees for you in Delisha's memory and display your contribution forever.
